Requirements

• The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with more than three years of insurance defense experience, specializing in personal injury.

Qualifications:

• · Minimum three years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on bodily injury and/or general liability preferred
• · Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
• · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, required
• · Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries
• · Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
• · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
• · Must be task-oriented.
• · Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
