Litigation Paralegal (BI)

Your Role:

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with three or more years of prior Insurance Defense experience. Solid experience with bodily injury cases highly preferred. Background in pre-suit, civil litigation, auto negligence and/or general liability, a plus.

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation and/or general liability, preferred.
• Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed.
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred.

Requirements

• Your Day-to-Day: Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment.
• Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel.
• Must be task orientated.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced friendly environment.
