Litigation Attorney

Kubicki Draper is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our West Palm Beach office. We are open to candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level attorneys to Junior Shareholders and experienced litigators.

This position will focus on pre-suit and litigation matters within insurance defense. Experience or an interest in personal injury matters is preferred but not required.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft/review and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements
• Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
