Are you a well-rounded Maintenance Turn Technician who takes pride in handing over a home that is genuinely move-in ready? A growing owner-operator of single-family rental homes is hiring a Maintenance Turn Technician for its Irmo, South Carolina market. This is a hands-on, self-performance role for someone who can walk into a vacant home and take it from trash-out to lease-ready without waiting on a vendor for every task.
The Maintenance Turn Technician is responsible for make-ready repairs, troubleshooting and self-performance of maintenance work orders as assigned. You will be expected to perform intermediate-level maintenance and repairs in single-family homes.
Technology is central to how this team runs. You will receive, update and close work orders on an iPad, upload before and after photos, manage inventory and communicate with the office by email and messaging throughout the day.
Property Turnovers
- Perform all make-ready repairs on vacant homes, including painting, drywall repairs and intermediate-level renovations between residents.
