We are currently seeking an Architectural Technician in our Latham and Poughkeepsie office.
Duties:
- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules through all phases of design.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, civil, and other engineering consultants.
- Assist with code research, building system coordination, and technical problem solving.
- Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and site visits.
- Review shop drawings, product submittals, and RFIs under the supervision of a Project Architect or Project Manager.
- Assist with construction administration, including field observations and punch list inspections.
