THE POSITION
The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s role is to support hiring managers in attracting and identifying top talent while managing college recruitment initiatives. The individual will focus on proactive sourcing and talent pipeline management, ensuring a healthy flow of candidates. They will collaborate with business leaders to understand internal staffing needs and succession planning, aligning recruiting efforts with organizational goals.
