Mortgage Loan Officer Position!

LBC Mortgage is looking for a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to work remotely or on-site in the North Hollywood office.

If you are a superstar on the phone and know how to convert leads to loans, we could be a great fit for each other.

Team of professional in-house processors-they will help you structure deals; loan officer assistant; In-house marketing team: Editor, copywriter, social media, targeting, SEO, PPC; In-house Video Recording Studio - record reels, videos, podcasts to promote yourself; Custom CRM & Custom App for Agents; Training provided if you need more experience in Hard money or Conventional/Non-QM loans;

Requirements:

• NMLS License required; Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products; Experience with Hard Money would be a plus; DRE License would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Present and communicate company loan products and services; Assist clients in completing loan applications and all necessary paperwork; Conduct thorough reviews of client financial information to ensure loan eligibility; Follow up, Follow up, Follow up.
• We specialize in Non-QM Loans, Hard Money, Conventional, Government loans, Bank Statements, P&L, VOE, DSCR, Foreign Citizen loans, and more. Our closing ratio is 99%, if we take a deal we make sure it will be closed on time. We have been doing loans for 20 years. We make sure that our loan officers get deals closed!
• Currently licensed in CA, FL, TX, WA, IL, and NC. Hard Money loans and DSCR loans nationwide!
