At LBC Mortgage, we're looking for motivated Mortgage Loan Officers who are ready to take advantage of a steady flow of company-generated leads. If you're tired of spending your time prospecting and want to focus on what you do best—building relationships and closing loans—we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Work with qualified company-provided leads generated through our marketing and social media campaigns.
- Build relationships with borrowers and understand their financing needs.
- Guide clients through the mortgage and hard money loan process from initial consultation to closing.
- Educate clients on available loan products and financing options.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly production goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
- Previous experience originating residential mortgage loans or hard money loans.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and converting opportunities into funded loans.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work full-time from our North Hollywood office.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
