In this role, your main responsibilities are:
Our Consultant role mixes consulting and software implementations to create world-class distribution operations.
Working with principals, directors and project managers you will actively participate in:
Analyzing and documenting business processes.
Providing technical advice, configuring or implementing solutions in the NetSuite ERP application, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
Creating customizations that enhance applications, interfaces and reports.
Building custom reports and KPIs.
Attending client-facing project meetings.
Creating and updating training manuals used for process improvements.
All other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or related field; Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills; Attention to detail and quality; Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment with pressing deadlines; Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously under the supervision of a project manager; Ability to travel within the U.S.A. and Canada up to 25% of the time.
- Experience using and administrating enterprise SaaS applications; Experience with NetSuite; Experience with other SaaS products (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) or logistics-oriented software (WMS, TMS, MES); Knowledge of inventory management strategies; Exposure to web-based development.
