Long Island Speech is seeking an experienced, personable, and organized Medical Office Secretary/Front Desk Professional to join our growing team in our Suffolk and Nassau County offices.
Full-Time Opportunities Available
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
- Maintain accurate data in our practice management software
- Support daily front office operations with professionalism and attention to detail
- Every other Saturday and some evenings required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of medical office or medical reception experience
- Previous administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Locations: Suffolk County: Commack, Stony Brook, Islip Terrace, Farmingville, East Yaphank, Westhampton Beach
- Nassau County: Wantagh, New Hyde Park, Jericho
