***$750 SIGN ON BONUS***
The Manufacturing Technician will engage in an array of machining operations, including surface grinding, polishing, cylindrical grinding, and centerless grinding on various sapphire components, all while adhering to exceptionally tight tolerances. You'll also be responsible for the daily upkeep of the equipment, which includes maintenance, adjustments, and cleaning. The specific machines you’ll operate will be based on your assigned work area.
Your role involves setting up and operating equipment according to established procedures, while also using a diverse range of precision measuring tools to verify your work. A commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality is essential, and you’ll need to promptly escalate any concerns to your area leads or management team. Keep in mind that for more intricate tasks, seeking assistance will be a normal part of the process.
