About the Role
As our Business Systems Analyst, you'll be the connective tissue between our people, our platforms, and our data. Your first big project: building out our ticketing platform workflows from the ground up, designing how requests move through the business and making sure the right work lands in front of the right people. From there, the role expands into reporting, dashboards, and optimizing the systems our teams rely on every day.
It's a role for someone who's equal parts problem-solver, builder, and translator, comfortable in the weeds of platform configuration and just as at home turning messy data into a story leadership can act on.
