WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm located at Caribou Coffee inside our travel center located at 820 Happy Trails Ln, Albert Lea, MN
Ready to step into a leadership role with LV Petroleum - one of the FASTEST growing travel center companies. We are looking for a driven, hands on Coffee Team Member to help lead a high energy Caribou Coffee, deliver great guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly from open to close. Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in restaurant or food service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
