Job Description: We are looking for an experienced area supervisor to manage and oversee a multi-property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to exercise initiative, independent analysis, and judgment in managing complex administrative and managerial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize independent analysis and judgment to handle difficult administrative and managerial tasks.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, property management software, email, internet, and ILS.
• Communicate effectively with property owners, employees, and vendors.
• Work with property budgets and comprehend financial statements.
• Assist with recruiting activities and managing on-site personnel.
• Support on-site teams to achieve occupancy levels as per owner/budget expectations.
• Conduct on-site inspections.
• Provide conflict resolution.
• Must have the ability to travel, will require out of town travel.
• Travel expenses paid.
