Doula Navigator / Community Doula - Bilingual (Chattanooga, TN)

We are seeking Community Health Workers or Community-Based Doulas to use our tools and serve our members as their Doula Navigators. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our providers and patients, ensuring seamless execution of our policies and care protocols.
