Delivery Driver - DSD Route (Non-CDL)

Marina Distributing is currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver for our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Route. This is a non-CDL position ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy driving and providing excellent customer service. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products directly to our customers’ locations following the assigned routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. You will also handle basic inventory tasks, collect payments, and maintain proper documentation.

Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour + route performance incentives

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on assigned DSD routes.
• Load and unload merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customer locations while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Collect payments and provide receipts as needed.
• Complete all required delivery documentation and paperwork.
• Conduct basic inventory checks and report shortages or damages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Run a daily delivery route of 8-10 stops using our route management app.
• Merchandise product at accounts: stock shelves and coolers, rotate stock, place POS materials.
• Build relationships with store owners and flag reorder opportunities to the sales team.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive non-CDL vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
