Why This Role Matters
People usually call a law firm on one of the hardest days of their year. A parent passed away without a will. A visa is about to expire. An injury has put their paycheck on hold. You will be the first person they talk to, and the one who helps them understand whether we can help and what happens next.
You do not need a law degree. You need to be good with people, clear on the phone, and comfortable guiding someone toward a decision. We will teach you the legal side.
What You Will Do
- Respond to people seeking legal help by phone, email, and web form, and turn those conversations into scheduled attorney consultations.
- Follow up with prospective clients who have contacted the firm and build relationships with professional referral sources.
