Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking an experienced Survey Project Coordinator / Survey Crew Chief to join our Wilmington, North Carolina office. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveying professional who enjoys a combination of field and office responsibilities and is interested in continuing to grow toward a leadership role and eventual Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure.
We are looking for someone with a strong background leading survey crews who can also contribute to office-based survey work, including data processing, deed and boundary research, calculations, drafting, and coordination with surveyors, engineers, project managers, and clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead and perform a variety of field surveys, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction stakeout, and land development surveys.
- Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment
