Description:

Multi Media LLC is seeking an Office Coordinator for our Las Vegas Location. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a warm, welcoming reception area, promptly handling any urgent matters, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will help create a positive, organized workplace while supporting employees, visitors, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain the office environment, i.e. maintain a clean, warm, and friendly atmosphere.
Decorate for office celebrations such as holidays, birthdays, etc.
Support the planning and coordination of company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
Manage calendar appointments i.e. schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings as needed
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist in vendor relationship management
Serve as the go-to resource for office operations, facilities needs, and workplace inquiries.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
Support other teams with various administrative tasks

Requirements

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Ability to network, engage and interact with all clients, guests and members
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic computer applications.
