About the role

You’ll own creative strategy across all advertising mediums, with a primary focus on paid creative across Meta, TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, and any other paid channels.

You’ll manage a creative strategist(s), video editors, and work closely with our team to review and acquire content to achieve your vision and to drive results. You'll be reporting directly into our EVP of Marketing.

What you'll own

• Own the creative roadmap for paid social (largely Meta, TikTok): concepts, hooks, scripts, and briefs for statics, video, and UGC.
• Run a structured creative testing program — form hypotheses, ship variants quickly, read performance data, and double down on what works.
• Lead our UGC & content creator content pipeline: sourcing, briefing, and directing creators and affiliates so their content performs for the brand.
• Support the content strategy for organic social and TikTok Shop — what we post, what we amplify, and how organic feeds the paid engine.
• Own creative reporting: a clear, shared view of what’s working, what’s fatiguing, and what we should make next.

Requirements

• Who we're looking for
• 5+ years in creative strategy, growth creative, or content marketing — with at least 2 years in DTC consumer products (food & beverage or wellness a plus).
• A proven record of ad creative that scaled: you can point to specific concepts you developed and the performance results behind them.
• Fluent in the paid social metrics that matter — thumbstop, watch time, CTR, CPA/ROAS — and comfortable letting data overrule your taste.
• Experienced managing UGC creators, influencers, or affiliate content programs end to end.
• A strong writer and brief-builder who can direct editors, designers, and creators to a sharp outcome.
• Native-level intuition for TikTok and Instagram — you know why something works before the comments tell you.
• Scrappy and hands-on: comfortable making things yourself when speed matters, not just delegating.
• Familiarity with creative analytics platforms (e.g., Motion) and TikTok Shop’s affiliate ecosystem.
• Strong project management experience on platforms like ClickUp (ClickUp-specific preferred).
