POSITION SUMMARY
Support all Facilities Engineering activities related to the Anniston plant. Support activities for the corporate Facility Council. Lead projects from requirements definition through execution, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, implementation plans, and risk mitigation. Implement related changes and improvements to maximize benefits to the company and its stakeholders.
This position is onsite in Anniston, Alabama
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- · Support all aspects of Facility Council initiatives including creating business cases, developing costing forecasts, facilities readiness, project management and creating and delivering presentations. This position has a strong emphasis on project management.
- · Prepare budget based on project scope and adhere to budgetary allocation.
- · Ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
- · Review and manage lease negotiations for NABC facilities.
- · Participate in special make/buy projects and business cases as required.
