The Process & Technology Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in the company by working across departments — including executive leadership, planning, and operations — to identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and deliver working tools that streamline business processes.
This role combines traditional process improvement with hands-on AI-assisted technology implementation, meaning the person in this seat will not only analyze and document processes but will actively build and deploy solutions using AI development tools and collaborate with internal developers on production systems.
This is a high-autonomy, high-variety role. Projects range from enterprise data analysis to building web-based business applications to supporting executive-level strategic initiatives.
