About the Role
As the Santa Supervisor at Santa’s Hideaway Adventure, you'll support the Santa Manager with keeping the holiday operation merry, bright, and beautifully smooth. You’ll guide the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps Santa's Hideaway Adventure on schedule.
Position Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the photo experience, including staffing during Manager’s days off.
Ensure all team members (hosts, greeters, photographers) follow policies and maintain high service standards.
Monitor line flow, staffing needs, and guest interactions to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
Support and coach team members to uphold a joyful, inclusive atmosphere.
Resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and holiday cheer.
Maintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times.
