Take inbound and make outbound calls, and chat inqurires to potential and existing customers promoting products and services.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to boost sales.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous sales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking during calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
