Job Summary
The primary responsibility as a Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in memory care and assisted living facilities provide hands-on daily care to residents who need physical or cognitive support.
They assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), manage behavioral symptoms, monitor health changes, and offer emotional companionship in a safe, resident-centered environment.
