Maintenance Technician (Grounds & Home Rehabilitation)
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support the operations of our manufactured home community in Roswell, New Mexico. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the community's appearance, completing home rehabilitation projects, and assisting with general maintenance to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and welcoming.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has experience remodeling homes, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain community curb appeal by mowing, trimming, weed control, and general landscaping of vacant lots, common areas, and other company-maintained property.
Monitor the property for maintenance concerns and address issues that affect the appearance and safety of the community.
Perform complete rehabilitation of company-owned manufactured homes, including demolition, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, trim work, fixture installation, and other finish work.
