We are seeking a trustworthy, self-motivated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our approximately 150-site manufactured home community in Akron, Ohio. This full-time position is responsible for leasing, resident relations, property operations, vendor coordination, and maintaining a safe, attractive community.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working independently while building positive relationships with residents.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community and provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
Collect rent and encourage residents to utilize online payment options.
Market available homes and lots through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other online platforms.
Show homes, process applications, complete lease and lease-to-own paperwork, and coordinate move-ins.
