About The Role
The Project Planner is responsible for processing new home starts, while ensuring the accuracy of submittals and managing the timely release of homes to achieve company goals. This position works closely with Division Presidents, Construction teams, and other departments, providing essential support and maintaining key processes for successful project execution.
What You’ll Do
- Foster, build, and maintain relationships with municipalities and developers, regularly meeting and traveling to maintain strong, collaborative partnerships.
- Manage and process new home starts for assigned markets, ensuring all required steps are completed efficiently.
