Summary
The swim coach of the Laguna Niguel Adult Swim Program will be responsible for coaching and development of the adult swimming program. The ideal candidate will bring experience in coaching adult swimmers and fostering a welcoming culture. This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to inspire athletes, and a commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Work Environment
- Weekday mid-day and Saturday morning practices
- Outdoor facility; can be cold in winter and hot in summer
