Printfresh, the Philadelphia lifestyle brand known for joyful, hand-painted prints, is opening a cafe and retail flagship designed to feel joyful and memorable, and we're looking for a hands-on Experiential Retail Lead to bring it to life. You'll be equal parts operator, curator, host, and merchant: leading day-to-day cafe and retail operations while creating the events, displays, and thoughtful details that make people linger and return.
You'll run the business with an owner's mindset, build a warm, energetic culture that keeps people coming back, and grow into a multi-store leadership role as we expand.

Lead daily operations: Own open/close, scheduling, inventory, visual upkeep, and cafe quality — keeping the space warm and intentional every day.
