ProSync is seeking a passionate Administrative Manager to provide high‑level coordination and oversight of administrative and support services essential to effective lifecycle management and mission execution. This role ensures that organizational processes, resources, and support functions operate efficiently and consistently across multiple departments and program areas.
By managing administrative operations such as records, logistics coordination, data processing, procurement support, and workplace services, the Administrative Manager contributes directly to streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and reduced total cost of ownership throughout the product lifecycle. The position also supports quality assurance and continuous improvement by maintaining compliant procedures, monitoring performance, and adapting administrative practices to evolving mission requirements.
