ProSync is seeking a passionate Technical Instructor/Course Developer to support lifecycle readiness by developing, maintaining, and delivering high‑quality technical training that enhances workforce capability across multiple operational and support environments. This role contributes directly to the objective of streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and sustaining mission‑ready performance by ensuring personnel receive accurate, current, and effective instruction.
The instructor plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting continuous improvement, and adapting training content as requirements evolve.
