ProSync is seeking a passionate Training Specialist to support lifecycle readiness and workforce development by designing, delivering, and maintaining effective technical training programs that enhance operational efficiency and mission performance. This role contributes directly to the objective of streamlining processes and improving total lifecycle support through well‑structured instruction, curriculum development, and continuous improvement.
The specialist ensures personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to sustain high‑quality operations across maintenance, logistics, technology integration, and other evolving support areas.
