Overview
Quick Hire Staffing is seeking a contract Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process development, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting prototype and production builds, coordinating with suppliers and contract manufacturers, and ensuring products are manufactured efficiently while meeting quality and customer requirements.
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in supporting fabrication, assembly, process validation, documentation, and production scalability in fast-paced manufacturing environments. This position works closely with operations, quality, engineering, and customers to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
