Our client is a venture-backed, AI-powered marketplace modernizing how essential public-sector and community assets are bought and sold. The company automates operational work across valuation, transaction management, payments, and freight so buyers and sellers can complete complex transactions with less time, cost, and friction. Founded in 2023, it has raised $18M and grown to approximately 35 employees.
This is a hands-on organic growth role for a builder who wants end-to-end ownership rather than an established playbook. You will create the organic acquisition engine from near zero across social, content, partnerships, earned media, referrals, SEO, and AI answer-engine optimization.
What you will do:
- Build and scale organic and earned channels that grow audience and customer acquisition.
- Own organic social across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels.
- Create and shoot platform-native content, including short-form video.
- Develop partnerships with creators, industry associations, platforms, and distribution partners.
