Position Summary
The Project/Financial Analyst for Renewable Concepts, LLC reports directly to the BU Controller. The Project/Financial Analyst serves as a business partner to project management and operations by providing financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, billing support, and project controls expertise. This position helps ensure projects are executed profitably by monitoring financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, supporting forecasting activities, and driving data-based decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Functions
Ensure consistent adherence to business processes and procedures.
Perform critical analysis of project processes and evaluate them against best practices.
Analyze and explain the facts and status of assigned projects to the RCL Management Team.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of project analysis and reporting, including:
Cost analysis (e.g., actual incurred vs. forecast/budget), Hour’s analysis (e.g., actual incurred vs. forecast/budget), Estimate to Complete / overall Estimate at Completion development and assumption validation, Percent complete review and validation, Purchase commitment (e.g., actual commitment vs. forecast/budget), and
