Production Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production employees in a fast-paced facility. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and employee performance.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment and a proven ability to lead teams, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and provide daily direction to production employees.
- Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor production processes and address equipment, quality, or operational issues.
- Ensure employees follow company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Track production output, downtime, scrap, and other performance metrics.
