About This Opportunity
As a Safety Coordinator at Rockford, you will be responsible for executing Rockford safety criteria on active jobsites. You will collaborate often with the Senior Safety Manager of Construction to assist in the continued development of specific company/department objectives and strategies that focus on company culture, training, auditing and awareness. This role reports to the Senior Safety Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, programs, standards, and design criteria on the assigned construction projects.
- Communicate the plans and expectations to all Rockford affected team members including trade contractors.
