Saalex is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Rigecrest, CA. The selected candidate will provide reliability engineering support by administering FRACAS processes, reviewing and resolving trouble/failure reports, performing structured root cause analysis (RCA), driving corrective actions to verified effectiveness, and developing required reliability/quality documentation in accordance with program and contract requirements.

- Salary: $140k-$180k annually (depending upon experience)

Essential Functions:
Administer all aspects of the Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) process.
Review, evaluate, disposition, and resolve trouble, problem, and failure reports.
