We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. In this role, you'll be preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, helping to ensure that our projects are financially sound and meet client expectations. You'll need to be comfortable with estimating software, have a background in the construction industry, and possess strong communication skills to work well with both clients and project teams.
As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to developing project budgets, analyzing material costs, interpreting blueprints, and using construction management tools to provide precise estimates that support successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for commercial projects using HeavyBid and spreadsheets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to accurately assess project scope.
