Blades/GreyBarn is building a serious commercial landscaping company in Northwest Arkansas.
We maintain commercial properties, HOAs, office parks, retail centers, and recurring outdoor service accounts.

Responsibilities
- Bring landscapes to life: You will design, build, and take care of commercial yards based on what the client wants.
- Prep the ground: You’ll check out the dirt, prep the soil, and make sure plants have what they need to thrive.
- Run the gear: Safely use and look after mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
- Plant care: Trim, prune, and fertilize trees and bushes so they look sharp and grow healthy.
- Work with the team & clients: Chat with clients and managers to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.
