The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the production operation through effective supervision, coaching, and development of Production Team Leads and Production Associates. This role ensures daily production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, cost, delivery, and customer requirements.
The Production Supervisor drives accountability through performance management, KPI review, continuous improvement, workforce planning, and cross-functional coordination to support operational excellence.
