Why This Role is Different
In this role, you aren't just treating symptoms—you are managing lives. You will serve as the clinical leader of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with nurses, social workers, and therapists to create comprehensive care plans that keep patients healthy, independent, and in their homes.
Manageable Caseload: See only 8–10 patients per day, allowing for deep clinical assessment and relationship building.
True Work-Life Balance: Maintain a standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday schedule. Enjoy your weekends and evenings with a phone-only, limited on-call rotation.
