About the Role: We’re seeking a talented and motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. As a Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll own Serenity's influencer and creator partnerships end to end: researching and sourcing the right voices, building the relationships, briefing and managing the content, and reporting on what it delivers.
You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager to cross-promote and amplify creator content on our corporate channels, and with our Paid Media Buyer to extend the reach of top-performing posts. This role reports to the Communications Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source influencers and creators whose audience and values align with Serenity, using influencer discovery tools and platform research.
