Behind every deposition at Shegerian & Associates is a web of notices, subpoenas, schedules, vendors, and logistics that have to be airtight before a single question is asked. As our Deposition Clerk, you're the one who makes it all happen, quietly, precisely, and without fail.
We're California's premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, and we're looking for someone who understands that in litigation, the details aren't just important. They're everything.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve deposition notices, subpoenas for personal appearance, and objections so the legal team is always positioned and ready
- Track down witness information through research to ensure subpoenas land exactly where they need to Coordinate out-of-state subpoenas and stakeouts, including working with third-party vendors for domestications and filing Disc 30's where required
