The Production Manager, Audio Visual (AV) is responsible for the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of all AV and production requirements. This role will ensure high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and strong client engagement.
Key Contributions of the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through the lifecycle of the production while maintaining a positive and professional relationship.
Establish and maintain the Critical Path with the client to ensure all Blue Diamond service commitments are upheld.
Respond to all internal and external email communications promptly, ideally within 24 hours.
