Sigma Defense is seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Quality Control Technician- RF Hardware & Electronics to support testing, inspection, troubleshooting, documentation, and quality verification of electronic components, assemblies, and systems. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring someone who can follow detailed procedures, learn quickly, and consistently produce accurate results in a fast-paced technical environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronic systems, test equipment, and quality documentation. Experience with RF systems is highly desirable, and familiarity with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, or other electronic test equipment is a strong plus.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products meet defined quality standards before release. The successful candidate should be organized, dependable, technically curious, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and documentation.
