Our Goodyear facility manufactures premium optical acrylic sheet which is used primarily in high performance aerospace applications like fighter jet canopies and aircraft windows. Our employees take pride in our superior product performance and quality, which are known and valued around the world.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Quality Operator tests product batches audits and monitors manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. Tests production maintains Certificates of Analysis (COA) from suppliers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and receiving inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other inspection tools.
Document inspection results, discrepancies, and corrective actions in accordance with established quality management systems.
