Physical Therapist

Therapy Discoveries and Speech & Language Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our established pediatric therapy team in Clinton.

We have proudly served our community for over 30 years and are committed to providing high-quality therapy services in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and supportive administrative staff.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This is an in-office pediatric therapy role with no travel required. If you are looking for a stable practice with strong referrals, full caseload potential, and a positive team culture, we would love to hear from you.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality pediatric physical therapy services
• Document progress and communicate effectively with families and providers
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Support children in developing gross motor, strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility skills

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure
• Passion for working with pediatric clients
• Strong communication skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
