The Retail Inventory Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving product availability, sales readiness, and inventory efficiency across STIIIZY’s retail operations. This role acts as the operational bridge between forecasting, procurement, and cross-functional teams—including merchandising, operations, marketing, and finance. The Planning Coordinator ensures the right product is in the right place, at the right time, without overstocking or creating dead inventory.
Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, this role blends analytical planning with real-time coordination and supplier management. This role requires a strong data-focused skill set, including high-volume data entry, Excel proficiency, and basic data analysis to support accurate inventory tracking and reporting. At STIIIZY, we value the versatility and adaptability of our employees.
While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.
